Balance - $3,750 or $2,500 at the founding rate on day-90, if the doctor remains in the position.
Balance Waiver
If not a good fit at day 90, balance is waived and position re-listed automatically.

- When are payments due?
- 50% on the doctor's confirmed start date. 50% balance at day 90, only if the doctor remains in the position.
- What defines a placement?
- A filled position via ODBridge within the prior 12 months. Salaried (W2), subcontracted (1099), or beginning as a partner.
- What if we already know the doctor?
- When activating a match, we require 3 business days to declare a documented prior relationship and withdraw at no cost.
- What if the position begins part-time and transitions to full-time?
- The fee difference is required within 12 months of the full-time start date.
- Do doctors pay a fee?
- No. Practices have an affordable fee only for a filled position.
- Is there a practice registration or listing fee?
- No. Just answer a few quick questions and submit your position to register - then browse matched anonymous OD profiles at no cost. A payment method is required when activating your matches.
