When the invitation is accepted, messaging opens and we get out of the way. We don't intercept messages, strip out phone numbers, or police how or when you communicate with each other.

Fee only when your new OD starts
Fee not due until the confirmed start date. 50% at the beginning and end of a 90-day trial period. If the doctor is not in the position at day 90, balance is waived.

Optometry is a small profession and a densely connected one. A doctor deciding on a career change is best done privately - and independent of their current practice. Lack of privacy is a reason many good candidates never search at all.
So we eliminated that risk. OD name, CV, practice, contact details and photo are not accessible before an accepted practice match and invitation.
